A certified system

Breda Lorett's philosophy is based on attention given to every single detail. For these important reasons, Breda Lorett believes and invests in all that is necessary to achieve greater quality at all levels.
At the end of a process undertaken with the aim of improving its Quality System, last month Breda Lorett passed the audit carried out by new certification body TÜV with flying colours.
TÜV Rheinland Italia, a member of the German TÜV Rheinland Group, has been operating for than 130 years; Recognised by the Italian certification organisation SINCERT and its German counterpart DAR, TÜV issues certificates whose validity is acknowledged on an international level.

Within the context of the planned evolution of our testing equipment, crucial for product development, a new test bench conforming to original equipment standards has just been installed.

This new piece of equipment will enable us to carry out strain and duration tests on Breda Lorett belt tensioners. The test bench foresees four different air-conditioned environments, with a maximum temperature of 150°C. In each environment, it is possible to test two belt tensioners at a time.
During the tests, the loads applied as well as the temperatures in each environment can be constantly monitored, regulated and recorded. This important innovation will allow Lorett to give further assurances to its customers regarding product quality, and to provide testing support in conformance with the most stringent standards on the market.
